Returns and exchange details
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom or personalized orders
Please let me know the nature of your return. If the item is broken or damaged the shop owner will pay for the return. If you believe a custom order was made incorrectly, please contact the shop owner immediately and on a case by case scenario, they will determine if that item can be returned. The shop owner will do everything they can to make sure the buyer is happy with their custom order before shipping to prevent a buyer's desire to return a custom order.
